Lead Favor provides AI-powered operational systems for local businesses, including automated lead capture, SMS and voice follow-up, appointment booking, customer communication, and operational workflow automation. When you opt in to SMS communications, you may receive:
How to Cancel: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 520-552-4907. After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will send you one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did the first time.

Certain Services utilize artificial intelligence to generate content, recommendations, automations, or outputs. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated materials before relying on or publishing them.
Our Services depend on third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, and DataForSEO. We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party providers.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, or events beyond our control.
Clients are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws related to their use of the Services, including SMS and telemarketing laws, email marketing laws, advertising regulations, privacy laws, and consumer protection laws. You are responsible for obtaining all required consents from your customers and contacts.
The Local AI OS™, Lead Favor branding, and all proprietary system configurations remain the intellectual property of Lead Favor LLC. Client data remains the property of the client. All content, software, branding, and materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to Lead Favor LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our materials without prior written permission.
By submitting reviews, testimonials, or feedback, you grant us permission to use, display, reproduce, and publish such feedback for business and marketing purposes. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are unlawful, misleading, or offensive.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other lawful reason.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAD FAVOR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally through good-faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Each party waives the right to participate in class actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
